Information collected

The contact form may collect your name, company, work email, phone number, job title, country, company size and message so Shyena can respond to an enquiry.

Purpose and use

Information is used to respond to enquiries, scope assurance or engineering work and maintain the communication required for that enquiry. Additional purposes should only be added when they are actually used.

Service providers and retention

The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact-form submissions are processed through Resend and delivered to Shyena's contact mailbox; the application does not intentionally store submissions in its own database. Resend states that email and log data are retained for 30 days on Free, Pro and Scale plans, with different retention available on Enterprise plans. Vercel's current DPA states that its primary processing facilities are in the United States and provides the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable EEA transfers. Shyena does not use contact submissions for advertising or profiling. Requests to delete or correct enquiry information can be made at contact@shyena.eu. For an active business enquiry, Shyena may retain the correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting contractual, legal or accounting obligations.

You may have rights under applicable data-protection law to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint where applicable.

Effective date: 28 September 2026. This policy is reviewed when the website, data-processing activities or applicable requirements materially change.
